Every vehicle and claim is different, which is why most services require you to submit documents before we begin. An initial review is complementary, however payment will be due prior to any report creation or other services rendered.

To keep things moving smoothly:
For flat-rate services, payment is due at the time of booking (after a complimentary review).
For hourly services, a deposit is required at booking, billed in 15-minute increments.
For public adjuster representation, fees are charged on a contingency basis. A flat appraisal fee applies up front, and if you choose full claim representation, a percentage of your recovery is due only when your claim is settled. (effective October 1, 2025)

Even if you were provided a with rental car during your repair you cold still be eligible for financial benefits classified under Loss of Use related to your accident. Recover rental car costs and/or other transportation expenses during repairs with a Pierce County loss of use appraisal. build strong supporting documentation.

Contingency (with Deposit)
Take the stress out of negotiations and escalation. After your appraisal is complete (separate flat fee), you can elect full claim representation. With our contingency model, no fees are due until your claim is settled—only a $100 deposit is required at intake.
Example (Total Loss): If the insurer offers $8,000 and we negotiate $10,000, contingency applies only to the $2,000 difference ($200).

Upload photos for a fast, independent review insurers can’t undercut. Our remote photo damage appraisal offers the same convenience, but with accuracy you can trust. You send us photos of the damage, and we provide a complete, independent estimate of what repairs really cost, giving you leverage to challenge insurer numbers or move forward with confidence.

Prefer a face-to-face review? We provide a full in-person inspection and detailed damage appraisal. This service is ideal if you want expert documentation to challenge an insurer estimate or need a valuation appraisal for a legal dispute or business claim.
Details:

Verify repair quality and uncover missed damage or improper work. Our completed repair appraisal checks quality, compares documentation, and identifies any missed damage or improper work. If needed, we’ll prepare a supplemental report to back additional claim requests.

One-on-one help understanding your insurer’s position. If something doesn’t feel right — or you just need a second opinion to trust your gut — this one-on-one consultation gives you clarity. We’ll review your insurer’s position, explain your options, and outline next steps so you can move forward with confidence. If you decide to move forward with any additional service, your consultation fee will be credited toward that service.

On-site evidence review to protect you against unfair blame. We combine liability investigation with on-site scene inspections to document evidence, capture photos and measurements, and review contributing factors. Our detailed reports strengthen your position in disputes and protect you against unfair blame.
Includes:

Ensure compliance with Washington insurance laws and hold carriers accountable. We review your claim for compliance, identify any violations, suggest how to communicate with your carrier, and help you prepare complaints or documentation to hold carriers accountable if needed.
$200 deposit required to schedule

Payments made to Claim Complete Auto™ are non-refundable, as our time and expertise are dedicated to your matter once work begins. To ensure expectations are clear, we ask that all required documentation is provided before services are scheduled.
For Claim Clarity Consultations, appointments may be rescheduled up to three (3) times without penalty. After the third reschedule, the consultation fee will be forfeited.
