Our History — From Insurance Insider to Independent Advocate
I never planned on a career in insurance — I fell into it after a layoff and quickly discovered I had a knack for navigating claims. Within a year I was licensed and promoted, and over the next two decades, I worked as a claims adjuster, estimator, appraiser, trainer, and manager.
That wide-ranging experience gave me a 360° view of the industry — from insurance carriers to collision shops to consumers. I saw how claims should work, and how they too often don’t. Instead of fairness, I saw speed and cost-cutting dominate, leaving consumers undervalued and frustrated.
I founded Claim Complete Auto Appraisals to change that. With insider knowledge of the carrier playbook and years of appraisal and repair expertise, I now advocate exclusively for drivers, attorneys, and shops in Washington State — ensuring every claim is handled with fairness, accuracy, and respect.
